2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all sales of products supplied by MRUK Tools.
3. Products
MRUK Tools supplies professional roofing tools and associated equipment.
All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing changes or product updates.
Tools are sold for professional use unless otherwise stated.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their intended use.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse any order
Cancel orders where pricing errors occur
Limit quantities per customer
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order. A contract is formed only once goods are dispatched.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
VAT will be added where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the approved payment methods displayed at checkout.
We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers must inspect goods on arrival and notify us within 48 hours of:
Damage
Missing items
Incorrect goods
Failure to notify within this period may affect claims.
7. Returns & Refunds
This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Consumer Customers (Non-Business)
You have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify us of cancellation.
You then have 14 days to return the goods.
Goods must be:
Unused
In original packaging
In resaleable condition
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Business Customers
Business-to-business sales are not covered by consumer cancellation rights.
Returns are accepted at our discretion.
8. Faulty or Defective Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Tool Use & Safety Disclaimer
Many products sold by MRUK Tools are professional tools intended for skilled tradespersons.
Improper use may result in injury.
It is the responsibility of the user to:

Follow manufacturer guidance
Wear appropriate PPE
MRUK Tools accepts no liability for misuse of products.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
