Consumer Customers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

You have 14 days from receiving goods to notify us of cancellation.

You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Goods must be:

Unused

In original packaging

In resaleable condition

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Business Customers

Most MRUK Tools sales are business-to-business.

Business customers do not automatically benefit from consumer cancellation rights.

Returns are accepted at our discretion.

Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty or damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photographs where requested

We may:

Repair

Replace

Refund

in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

Used tools

Customised items

Gas cylinders or hazardous materials (if applicable)

Items not in resaleable condition
